The mug, a gift to my granddaughter, is very nice. However, my experience with your apparently non-existent customer service department, was found lacking. As a result,
I will never order anything from your company in the future. I realized an error in ordering and sent an e-mail the same day to rectify the order. I received a return e-mail stating I would be contacted within two business days. That never happened. I then called only to get a voice mail, left a message, and never received the call back. I was not attempting to cancel the order, but simply wanted to add more information to the mug. Nice product.
